Fiber Base: 100% Reclaimed Waste Cotton. Sourced from industrial textile cutting remnants—salvaging cutting-room floor lint, scraps, and fiber dust that would otherwise enter landfill waste streams. Zero virgin crop farming, zero synthetic polyester, and zero agricultural water waste.
Zero-Hand Discharge Technique: Hand-stamped in our Richmond studio using a clear Matsui Eco discharge base.Upon heat curing, the activator neutralizes and releases the garment's reactive enzyme dye, revealing the raw, unbleached cotton color. Because no pigment layer is added, the design has zero tactile hand-feel and cannot crack or peel.
Artisan Placement (Pukuʻi & Lālani): Features a double-column chest motif on the front and a spine-aligned vertical lālani column on the reverse, balancing quiet restraint with dynamic structural geometry.
100% Plastic-Free & Compostable: Pure plant cellulose from seam to hem. It sheds zero synthetic microfibers into municipal waterways during laundering and is fully backyard-compostable at end of life.
Trims & Labels: Finished with 100% soft bamboo fabric labels—free from scratchy polyester weaves or plastic heat transfers.
Milling & Origin: Ethically spun, knit, and sewn in Los Angeles by Everybody.World; hand-stamped, cured, and finished in our Richmond, SF East Bay studio.

Washing: Turn garment inside out. Machine wash cold with like colors using a mild, plant-based laundry detergent.
Drying: Line dry in shade to preserve cotton tensile strength and save grid energy, or tumble dry low.
Steaming & Ironing: Steam freely or iron warm. Because the discharge technique removes dye rather than depositing plasticized ink, you can iron directly over the design without fear of sticking or melting.
